Camilla Bard

Camilla Bard, born in Sweden, is a freelance singer and voice actress. Bard started her musical training at the age of nine when she was accepted at Adolf Fredriks Music School. She moved to London at the age of 21. Two years later, she got the part of Esmeralda in Notre Dame de Paris, at the Dominion Theatre in the West End, first as understudy and later took over as main. Since then, she has appeared at the Edinburgh Festival in Songs for a New World and Schwartz It All About, and has worked extensively as a cabaret and session singer in France, Sweden, Hungary and the UK. She created the role of Annette in the workshop of Michel Legrand's musical Marguerite, and has also sailed the high seas as lead production singer for P&O Cruises and Cunard Cruises and performed as a cabaret guest artist on Windstar cruises. She now lives in her native Sweden where she still sings, acts and works as a voice-over artist. Bard provided the singing voice of Betty Boop in Betty Boop Dance Card.
