 Out Of The Inkwell (1938)

A live-action African-American janitor at the Fleischer Studios is studying hypnotism while cleaning Max Fleischer's desk. He manages to conjure the latter's pen into drawing Betty Boop. He then uses his new powers to control the animated characters. After waking from the spell, Betty manages to work a few spells of her own on the unwitting janitor.
