Snooty is a spoiled dog that belongs to Mrs. Fritzi Prissy. In Little Nobody, Snooty makes her first public appearance, she is saved by Pudgy from falling over a waterfall.
Little Nobody is the first of two movies featuring Pudgy's love interest, Snooty. Fritzi Prissy, Betty's neighbor next door, is the owner of the extremely spoilt Pekinese, named Snooty. Even though Mrs. Prissy refers to Pudgy as a "little nobody" at first, Snooty and Mrs. Prissy soon change their minds after Pudgy saves Snooty from falling from a waterfall.
In The Swing School, Snooty returns as Pudgy's girlfriend. In the animated movie, Betty Boop serves as the instructor, while Snooty appears as one of Pudgy's students. When Pudgy gets in trouble for singing off-key, Snooty gives him a kiss. Pudgy utilizes the energy from her kiss to sing and dance, and Betty gives him a gold star.
