Aunt Tillie is Betty Boop, Bubby Boop and Billy Boop's aunt, she appears in the Betty Boop comic strip[1] from 1934 to 1937. Tillie is a large woman with a quick and violent temper, and tattoos of anchors on her forearms. Tillie arrives by train and is picked up by Betty in her automobile. Staying with Betty and Bubby, she often embarrasses them with her loud behavior. The character eventually took over much of the comic strip's spotlight, appearing frequently.
