Trivia
- Was released on the 12th of August in 1938.
- In this cartoon, Betty Boop hates mice, whereas in earlier cartoons she was best friends with them.
- Al. E. Kat is a pun on the name Alley Cat.
- When Betty runs screaming out of her home she jumps over Al. E. Kat who takes a quick look up her dress which is the only sexual innuendo in this cartoon.
- Little Ann Little temporarily takes over the role as Betty Boop, as Mae Questel retired voicing Betty in the cartoons in 1938 to focus on her family. However a "Boop-Boop-a-Doop" singer from New York City by the name of June Albrezzi claimed that she provided the voice for Betty Boop in three cartoons. Those cartoons could allegedly be Pudgy and the Watchman, Buzzy Boop and Pudgy and the Lost Kitten.
- Kate Wright is also credited for the role in this cartoon, as she had been previously. But this credit from an old source, is merely speculation as she never actually voiced Betty in the cartoons.
