A hurdy-gurdy man comes by Betty Boop's house, and Betty wants to buy his cute baby Monkey. While Betty is outside haggling over the price, the monkey is inside causing plenty of trouble for Pudgy.


  • Betty Boop: "C'mon come over here. A little Jitter-monk."
  • Betty Boop: "Go ahead now don't be backwards!'"
  • Betty Boop: "Go and play that's it! There's nothing to be afraid of."
  • Betty Boop: "You play around and maybe he'll show you some tricks."
  • Betty Boop: "Pudgy, I've done it!"
  • Betty Boop: "I've brought the baby monkey from now on he's your little pal."

  • Betty buys the monkey, but the monkey is never seen again after this cartoon.
