Betty Boop, accompanied by Pudgy the pup visits an iceland playground, where Pudgy meets thrills and chills that range from being dunked in the icy waters to almost being catapulted over a waterfall. Miss Betty cuts a fine figure on ice. The showoff performance of an obnoxious admirer during the winter sports sojourn, who is more intent on impressing Betty than on keeping his equilibrium, offers an amusing caricature until the inevitable chase and rescue, with Pudgy being saved from dropping over a cliff.
